Being busy
isn’t the goal.

Everyday work can easily fill up with small tasks, repetition and things that have “always been done this way”. That leaves less time for work that calls for attention and imagination.

busify.io starts with a question: could this be simpler? Sometimes the answer is a small tool. Sometimes it’s a better process. And sometimes it’s a different way of thinking about the work as a whole.

In digital projects, my work covers UX/UI, client collaboration, and structuring and guiding the process — from understanding needs through each stage of delivery.

Approach

Understand the whole.
Make it work better.

I look at how work happens: what follows what, who needs which information, and where difficulties arise. I look for the causes of delays, unnecessary steps and things that take up more time than they need to.

I take this approach both to digital projects and to organising production in a sewing workshop. Every industry has its own context, so I start by getting to know the process and the people behind it. Then I clarify how the parts connect, set out the next steps and help turn them into a smoother way of working.

Sometimes it takes a tool. Sometimes a simpler process, clear responsibilities or a better flow of information.
