Version dated 21 September 2026
1. Data controller and contact
The data controller is Magdalena Olchawa, trading as Busify.io Magdalena Olchawa, ul. Powstańców Śląskich 116/50, 53-333 Wrocław, Poland. Tax identification number (NIP): 8992897344.For questions about personal data, email magdalena.olchawa@busify.io.
2. Contact by email
When you send a message, you provide your email address and the information included in its content. I use these to reply and handle correspondence, on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Where your enquiry concerns steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Providing data is voluntary, but I cannot reply without contact details. Please do not send information that is unnecessary for handling your enquiry. Correspondence may be retained for the time needed to deal with the matter and, where required by legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, for the period appropriate to those purposes.
3. Analytics only with consent
Google Analytics 4 measures visits and how the site is used. The service provider is Google Ireland Limited. Google’s script is loaded only after you select “Accept analytics”. Before consent and after rejection, the site sends neither analytics data nor cookieless pings to Google.
Analytics is based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Access to your device’s storage is governed by Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. Rejecting analytics does not limit your access to the site’s content.
After consent, the site measures page views, clicks on email contact links, and visits to partner projects and Appfinity. Project events include the project’s name. An email click does not mean that a message has been sent. The integration does not send a visitor’s email address or correspondence; it removes parameters and fragments from page URLs and does not send the referring URL. Earlier clicks are not replayed.
GA4 also processes technical data, including browser identifiers and information about devices and activity. Google states that GA4 does not store individual IP addresses. However, an IP address is used during the connection, including to establish an approximate location. This does not mean the data is fully anonymous. Advertising signals and Google Signals are disabled in this integration. User-ID and session recording are not used.
4. Browser storage and changing your choice
busify.analytics-consent.v1in localStorage stores only your choice, the mechanism’s version and the expiry date of your decision — 180 days after it is saved. This record remembers your privacy settings and is not sent as an analytics event. Once it expires, the choice no longer applies and the site asks again.- After consent, GA4 may create the cookies
busify_ga(to recognise the browser) andbusify_ga_XEPX6JW7P5(session state). The code sets a lifetime of up to 180 days and disables renewal on each page load. Browser restrictions or clearing data may shorten this period.
To withdraw consent, select “Privacy settings” in the footer, then “Reject”. Measurement will be disabled, accessible cookies belonging to this integration will be deleted, and the page will reload to stop the script. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing or retract data already sent. The choice applies to this browser and domain, across both language versions; it must be set separately on another device.
If browser storage is unavailable, your choice may apply only until the page is closed or reloaded. Analytics does not run without JavaScript.
5. Recipients, storage and international transfers
Data recipients may include hosting and email providers, authorised people helping to operate the site and — following analytics consent — Google and its subprocessors. Simply opening the site requires technical data to be sent to its server. Data held by the analytics service is subject to separate retention settings; cookie lifetimes do not determine how long reports are kept. You can ask about the retention of data relating to your enquiry using the email address above.
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Its official policies describe the use of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for transfers it covers and standard contractual clauses, depending on the recipient and the basis for the transfer. Details and safeguards are described in Google’s data transfer frameworks and data processing terms.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
The site does not make decisions about you that produce legal effects based on automated processing. Project links lead to separate websites with their own privacy policies, which you should check separately.
